Shipping

All pieces are expertly packed for worry-free delivery worldwide. We can ship from a single item to 20 and 40 foot containers by sea or air, standard delivery or FedEx to meet your personal needs.

Except for container pricing, shipping costs are quoted on a case by case basis depending on the item you choose and its final destination.

WORLDWIDE PACKING AND SHIPPING

Our products are packed with the best crating and packaging ensuring safe delivery. Items can be shipped on a pallet, in a sea crate, or in a maritime container. We can also airfreight any item for expedited delivery. Packing and shipping charges are approximately 12% of the retail cost of your order but vary by item and final destination. Containers and ganged shipments are quoted per order. All shipments are either FOB your local port-of-call or door-to-door at the customer's request. Additional fees may apply for door-to-door service.

DAMAGE AND SHORTAGE

Our products are carefully inspected and fully assembled prior to leaving our facility. ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE INSPECTED IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT, AND ANY DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE MUST BE REPORTED TO OUR OFFICE AND NOTED ON THE BILL OF LADING WITHIN 72 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
