Ordering

TRADE DISCOUNT

Subject to the minimum order below, discount from retail prices is available to landscape designers, contractors, architects, interior design professionals, dealers and distributors who purchase our products for the purpose of resale to their customers. Additional discounts and pricing incentives are available for 20 and 40 foot container purchases. In order to qualify for trade pricing you must provide us with a copy of a valid resale certificate and meet minimum order requirements. We have a minimum order for the trade of $6,000 USD not including shipping costs after any trade or other promotional discounts. A trade discount from list prices is available.

MINIMUM ORDER

We have a minimum order of $1,000 USD not including shipping costs after any trade or other promotional discounts.

PAYMENT TERMS

All payments are to be made in US dollars and are subject to daily exchange rates against the Euro. All orders require a deposit of 50% is required at the time of order and payment in full (including packing and shipping charges) before shipment. Payment may be made by check or wire transfer. All bank fees for are the responsibility of the customer. We accept Visa/Master Card for retail purchases only with a 2% surcharge.

WORLDWIDE PACKING AND SHIPPING

Our products are packed with the best crating and packaging ensuring safe delivery. Items can be shipped on a pallet, in a sea crate, or in a maritime container. We can also airfreight any item for expedited delivery. Packing and shipping charges are approximately 12% of the retail cost of your order but vary by item and final destination. Containers and ganged shipments are quoted per order. All shipments are either FOB your local port-of-call or door-to-door at the customer's request. Additional fees may apply for door-to-door service.

DAMAGE AND SHORTAGE

Our products are carefully inspected and fully assembled prior to leaving our facility. ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE INSPECTED IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT, AND ANY DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE MUST BE REPORTED TO OUR OFFICE AND NOTED ON THE BILL OF LADING WITHIN 72 HOURS OF DELIVERY.

VARIATION OF PIECES

Since each item is handcrafted, no two items are exactly alike. All dimensions are approximate. Styles and sizes may vary slightly. Due to the hand-made nature of our products you may experience slight color and size variations. Smudges, scratches and sculpting markings from tools, stone density and variation in finishes are all common.

RETURNS

We are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind our products; however since each item is created specifically for each customer all sales are final. Merchandise is not returnable.
